The Building Process.

The process of building, whether it is your new home or a commercial project, requires a team of individuals in the construction, engineering, and architectural fields.  There is a list of procedures, building codes, and details to follow.  Over the years we have streamlined the process making it a smoother experience for our clients.  See our process below.

A Simple Approach.

 

01. Create A Plan

We meet together and discuss what you want to accomplish with your project.  Most of the time, our clients will provide a list of “must haves” as well as “wish list” items.  We discuss budgets and timelines to get familiar with what you are looking for.

02. Into The Details

After our initial meeting, we work together to create the perfect plan.  We use your plans, plans we have, or a local architect to create the design and look that you desire.  We also go through all the different options (ie. choices about cabinets, plumbing, light fixtures, flooring, etc.).

03. The Costs

Once we have the plan and any modifications, site costs, and interior finishes calculated — we are able to provide you a final cost to build your project.

 

04. The Contract

Once you approve the pricing, we sign the paperwork and our team begins the process of getting your project underway.

05. Site Meetings

We will meet at your site to discuss the exact location of your home, how the driveway will be situated, which areas will be graded, etc..  We finalize all details before construction begins. 

06. Construction Begins

From the site clearing, foundation, framing, mechanicals, and interior finishes — we work closely with our sub-contractors to ensure the project is built correctly.

 

07. Welcome Home

Once the project is done, all inspections are complete, and we walk the job site with you — we provide you the keys.
